Outgoing Third-Party Express
If you are using outside vendors to deliver express mail (UPS, Federal Express, or DHL), Mail Services can pick up letter-size or small parcels on the regularly scheduled mail route and deposit them in the drop boxes located outside the Mail Center. All mail must be completely prepared for sending.
Parcels left in boxes are picked up Monday through Friday at 6:00 p.m. Mailing supplies are available in those boxes. Because of box size, only small parcels are accepted. If a parcel does not fit into the slot, it will be left outside the box, leaving it susceptible to weather and theft.
Large parcels can be sent in the following ways:
- Drop off UPS and FedEx packages at the East Guard House for pick-up.
- Central Receiving can pick up parcels directly from your office. To arrange a pick-up, contact Central Receiving at 574-631-6383, keeping in mind that FedEx and UPS parcels must be complete and ready to send.
- Fed Ex and UPS can directly pick up parcels. To arrange a pick-up, contact them at:
